Return/Exchange Period: Once paid, no refunds are allowed. Refunds can only be claimed in case of double or extra payment made by the students. In any way, refunds can be claimed within 30 days from the payment date.
Contact Information: To claim a refund, students must show a valid reason and submit a written application to the college authority. Upon investigation, the authority will decide if the claim is legal or not, and further processing will take place.
Processing Time: Refund claims are processed within 7 working days after we receive the refund request. Students will receive a confirmation email once the refund claim is addressed.
